We Already Know Which One Is The Prettiest, & Which One Is The Ugliest...
Muhammad Ali Made Boxing Become More Alive Thru Out His Whole Boxing Career!
Floyd Mayweather Jr. Nearly Made Boxing Become More Dead Within Just The Last Half Of His Boxing Career!
(Intelligence vs Ignorance)
Muhammad Ali is obviously the one who has always represented himself to the world his great  "Intelligence!" along with his graceful great boxing skill(s). And of course, it doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out or know that Floyd Mayweather Jr. of course, is the one who has always shown the world much of his "Ignorance!" along with his clever clinching and lesser skill. An in his last most recent fight that Mayweather Jr. just had with Manny Pacquiao, a few Months ago this year, Mayweather Jr. really displayed a more like 'scared-boxer' type of fighter, rather than a more skillful one. Because every time he got into a real combative pugilistic fist-scrap, he (Immediately) grabbed  Pacquiao, his opponent, "Repeatedly!" and holds/held on for dear life! With a series of (Hugs/Clinch's) as a way of survival! No real 'true-champion' has ever fought like that before. And any one who literally fears getting out-boxed and out punched, and reaches out to hug and holds every time he/they exchange shots/blows, is clearly a boxer who's not a real and authentic true champion! That's more like one who's a wimp, or mostly a real coward.

No offense, but the facts simply does speaks for itself. But based on the rules of boxing, is the reason why one could justify themselves to cleverly and dirtily win the bout. So it does not by any means classify one as the best ever, only maybe the best ever at cheating to win. But surely not the greatest at all. That's why Floyd Mayweather Jr. will never be considered anywhere near the level of Muhammad Ali was on during his time in the ring. Just like "Julio Cesar Chavez" of (88-0) record wins almost nearly doubled both Floyd Mayweather Jr. and Rocky Marciano's undefeated record, but yet, neither one of those fighters was never considered a real master tech at their craft. Only Muhammad Ali was by far, the only boxer who displayed some form of seemingly incredible and amazing skillful tactics thru out his entire professional boxing career! And to the extent of what he did in the boxing ring every time he fought, but seriously what he also accomplished outside of the boxing ring as well.

When Floyd Mayweather Jr. was getting ready to fight Manny Pacquiao, Mayweather Jr. didn't like that the media, and the world, classified him as Evil! & the title was; (Good vs Evil) But Mayweather Jr. had long ago "painted" himself as a bad or evil dirty person! So what the heck did he expect, when thru out his whole boxing career, all you mostly heard from him in front of the cameras is seriously repulsive bad/foul language! The idiot displayed his "Ignorance" for so many years! Unlike Muhammad Ali, who has always displayed "Intelligence" thru out his whole boxing career. The only real bad  thing that Ali did in public view was cheating on his wife, which is bad of course, but also, Ali won more praise when he refused to go to Vietnam to fight in a War to kill innocent Asian/Oriental People! So the U.S. Government took his title, and his boxing license, for (3-1/2) Years! Mayweather Jr. only went to jail for just barely (2) Months! for beating up his children's Mother.

Furthermore, Mayweather Jr.  basically cherry-picked or hand picked most of his opponents! A Real Champion will face anyone with merit who challenges him! Because that's what a real Champion Boxer/Fighter is always suppose to do in defending his title. And you don't just stay home being protected because you might be the Cities "Cash-Cow" to not loose a bout. You leave the nest to challenge other better fighters to really prove you're the Greatest! or the supposed "TBE". And Mayweather Jr.has never done that like other real Champions have in the past. And plus, at the so-called Nevada Boxing Hall Of Fame ceremony, Mayweather jr. Purposely refused to mention (Muhammad Ali) among all the legendary champions when he gave his silly speech. Because what he must have forgotten, is that just about (All) of those legendary champions was (Inspired) by Muhammad Ali! So Mayweather Jr. obviously still Envy's Muhammad Ali, no matter how much more money Mayweather Jr. keep making.

So, Mayweather Jr. is just basically (NO) real comparison to The True Greatest Boxer Ever! Which of course, is (Muhammad Ali.) It also seems like Ali invented Rap too..lol Because he sure was a very smart and intelligent "Poet!" along with his great boxing ability. But not Mayweather Jr. Far a long shot! So either way, looks like Mayweather Jr. will never have to go to the real extent as that of Muhammad Ali went in boxing. And especially out side of the boxing ring too! Because this evidence shines reality on the honest and true facts of who was the real Greatest Boxer Ever, and Who really isn't at all...
I Am The Greatest! Say's Muhammad Ali...
Know These Major Factors.,
Real and True Champions like (Jack Johnson, Rocky Marciano, Muhammad Ali, Mike Tyson, Julio Cesar Chavez, and Manny Pacquiao) do/did what a champion is/was suppose to do. And that's "FIGHT!" and Go to other Countries on other peoples "Turf" and prove to beat their ass! Like a Champion has always done since the beginning. That's what a real boxing great will do, and not be cherry-hand-picking either. Floyd Mayweather Jr. "Never" did what those other better champions did at all. So read on to view more facts. And furthermore, Mayweather Jr. used that weak 'azz' excuse of not wanting to get hit and that he want his mind to stay clear and intact, when in all actuality he just simply could not take a really "Hard" punch! And that's why Mayweather Jr. will quickly use the 'old-health' issue as an excuse. because he knows that he can't really take a hard punch. And he's afraid he loose! And using his uncle Roger Mayweather as a whip-clause clearly proves it, when in fact that you don't get "No-Damn" Diabetes from frigging Boxing! & You especially don't get Parkinson's Disease from Boxing either! Just as Muhammad Ali has it, but yet for further proof, "Micheal J. Fox" has Parkinson's and he was Never a Boxer...
Rocky Marciano was the best great white hope since a long time of waiting. But even he was a bit jealous of Cassius Clay aka Muhammad Ali. Because he had nerve to talk trash about Ali, but never was gonna come out, or never wanted to come out of retirement to try to shut Ali's mouth up either! He knew better. Muhammad Ali would have slapped him around the ring all night. But Ali still tried to show respect for the man regardless, and especially when Marciano died...
Muhammad Ali vs Rocky Marciano In 1969.

(Face The Facts!)

Muhammad Ali was the only Boxer in the world who could and would actually "Predict" what he and his opponent would do in a round, and actually ended up doing it! Yes, It really happened many times! More than (80% to 90%) of Ali's predictions really came true. And no one else, or no other boxer has ever done that in boxing, and no one else, or any other boxer will ever do that in boxing again! And for a Heavy Weight, Muhammad Ali was even faster than any "Light-Weight". His feet, hands, & mouth, was far too quick. He could stand there in front of his opponent and only move his head and neck, and not even get hit. What got him later was (Parkinson's.) And that, you don't get from boxing at all. Ali had it while he continued boxing, which is why many people thought he got it from boxing. Plus, during Ali's era, he fought (15) rounds! and not just (12).

But to claim to be the Greatest or even the so-called best ever, one would have actually fight more than once or twice a "Year!" And also, not turn down fights with major opponents in their prime, as well as be willing to leave your nest to fight elsewhere in an area where the judges will judge a more fair bout. And, also, one would have to make up their own styles, and not copy others. Ali had invented his own styles, like the 'rope-a-dope' & the Ali shuffle/dance. And Ali was the only boxer who used many right hand-leads too. But Mayweather Jr. used Ali's style or tactic of the right hand leads on many occasions, but when Mayweather tried to use the rope-a-dope, it did not work for him like it did with Muhammad Ali.

So, for  Floyd Mayweather Jr. to claim to be the best ever, or "TBE". He would first have to stand up and actually do some real fighting, and not holding/hugging in a so-called clinch! just to escape danger when facing someone who he obviously can't beat in a straight-up real boxing fist fight! "Real Champions" (Bravely Fight) when faced with the potential danger of another good or better boxer! And not hold, hug, or clinch., Because too much frigging clinching and not half enough boxing only proves one to be scared! or afraid that they can't win a fair "toe-to-toe" duel! So that's just the honest truth...

This Was The (Biggest) Fight In Up To Date Boxing History,.
And Yet, Shamefully, It Turned Out To Be The Worst Fight, In                            (All) Up To Date Boxing History!
                               (05/02/15.)
As you can see here, Floyd Mayweather Jr. Was Definitely Correct When He Said Quote:
"I-Know-How-To-Win!" Yup, that's absolutely right. He knew exactly how to get away with dirty legal tactics to win the match, but he did not actually beat his opponent at all! Because Mayweather Jr. really won the fight, but yet, he absolutely did (Not) beat Manny Pacquiao! He kept holding and, grabbing, and hugging the man like a woman does with her husband. I'm glad that I didn't see Mayweather try to Kiss Pac-Man with all that dog-gon hugging and clinching that he was doing. What a joke! Not what you would expect a real champion to do, if he claims to be the so-called best ever. Aint no frigging way!  But Pacquiao never should have lied about a fake arm injury either! He should have just told the truth that Mayweather Jr. frustrated him so bad that he didn't wana keep fighting no more. And that would have been a better statement to make, if not a more appropriate one. Now you see my major point... Plus Floyd Mayweather Jr. scary fake punk-ass actually used (IV-Sports Enhancement Drugs) on top of that too! What a phony hypocrite in that regard too. Because he really was so unsure and afraid of Manny Pacquiao that he used (PED's) tpo fight him. When for so long, of almost  (5) years Mayweather Jr was always accusing Pac-Man of using drugs to cheat, but in all actuality Mayweather Jr.'s team admitted it, but claimed it was only vitamins. I'm like whaaaaaat??? Really??? Yeah, right. What a damn lie! & what a phony wana-be-great fake...

Floyd Mayweather Jr.'s
Use Of Illegal IV-Injection Drugs To Cheat In Pacquiao Fight!
This man on that so-called sports-talk show really needs to stop sucking up to Floyd Mayweather Jr. so much! Because although it's true that Mayweather Jr. admitted using the IV-Injection to Fight Manny Pacquiao, and claim it was only vitamins just to cover up the drugs he used. But this dude seems like he's trying to get some favorable brownie-points from Mayweather Jr's pack. Especially since Mayweather Jr. personally invited this dude to his home and catered to him in shear luxury...
In (1969) Muhammad Ali aka "Cassius Clay" actually did have a Boxing Fight with Rocky Marciano!
The fact of the matter is that Muhammad Ali & Rocky Marciano only had an (Exhibition-Type-Boxing) match. It was more like a show-off show fight to generate revenue, and since Ali wasn't able to legally fight due to his refusal in 1967. to be inducted in the military draft for the Vietnam War! So he and Marciano did an exhibition fight, which of course Ali did out box Marciano, won it. Neither fighter was putting much effort in it, but Ali clearly had the edge anyway, considering his skill, youth, and speed...

                         Literally From The Very Beginning.,
(Boxing) Has Been Around For Ages!

Origin
An Olympic sport Since 688 B.C/B.C.E

While people have fought in hand-to-hand combat since before the dawn of history, the origin of boxing as an organized sport may be its acceptance by the ancient Greeks as an Olympic game in BC 688. Boxing evolved from 16th- and 18th-century prizefights, largely in Great Britain, to the forerunner of modern boxing in the mid-19th century, again initially in Great Britain and later in the United States.

Early Boxing type fighting had no written rules. There were no weight divisions or round limits, and no referee. In general, it was extremely chaotic. The first boxing rules, called the Broughton's rules, were introduced by champion Jack Broughton in 1743 to protect fighters in the ring where deaths sometimes occurred. Under these rules, if a man went down and could not continue after a count of 30 seconds, the fight was over.

Boxers use to fight more than 25, 50, and even 100 rounds! Hitting a downed fighter and grasping below the waist were prohibited. Broughton encouraged the use of 'mufflers', a form of padded bandage or mitten, to be used in 'jousting' or sparring sessions in training, and in exhibition matches.

MMA/UFC has been counting every match to compete with Boxing! But unfortunately, it has more than 1000 more years of counting to keep on doing in order to catch up to boxing...

Origin of 'MMA'
The first documented use of the name mixed martial arts was in a review of UFC 1 by television critic Howard Rosenberg, in 1993. The term gained popularity when the website newfullcontact.com, then one of the biggest covering the sport, hosted and reprinted the article. The first use of the term by a promotion was in September 1995 by Rick Blume, president and CEO of Battlecade Extreme Fighting, just after UFC 7. UFC official Jeff Blatnick was responsible for the Ultimate Fighting Championship officially adopting the name mixed martial arts. Previously marketed as "Ultimate Fighting" and "No Holds Barred (NHB)", Blatnick and John McCarthy proposed the name 'MMA' at the UFC 17 rules meeting in response to increased public criticism. The question on who actually coined the name is a question still in debate.

                                                       International Boxing Hall Of Fame
                                                 360 N Peterboro St., Canastota, NY. 13032
                                                                     founded in 1990.
At the 2012. Newly made Las Vegas so-called Nevada Boxing Hall Of Fame, which is really no real comparison to the real original International Boxing Hall Of Fame in Canastota, New York. That was built in 1990. But, this one in Las Vegas, basically inducted a few boxers/fighters, and was their way of trying to arrange a way to put Floyd Mayweather Jr. on a Scale contrary to Muhammad Ali. But with no original merit whatsoever. However, what got me is the fact that Floyd Mayweather Jr. "Purposely" tried to rule out Muhammad Ali. He mentioned Larry Holmes, Mike Tyson, Marvin Haggler, Sugar-Ray Leonard, and so on. But refused to say anything about Muhammad Ali. But Mike Tyson, Larry Holmes, and even Sugar Ray Leonard will tell you Muhammad Ali (Inspired) all of them to be a Boxer! That's shows how Mayweather Jr. Envy's the (Clout) that Muhammad Ali had, and still have to this very day! Mayweather Jr. just simply will never have it, so he should just be happy with what he does have, and be satisfied knowing that he's made the most money than any other boxer in the world. Although Mayweather is still not a (Billionaire) like the one and only Greatest Basketball Player Ever, Mr. Michael Jordan! M.J. is the (Only) and The (First) Athlete to become a Billionaire! And his Jordan signature shoes has just as much hype as Nike Shoes.
This Is My Actual Words On The Whole Issue Of PRO-BOXING-/MMA/UFC Plus Muhammad Ali & Mayweather Jr.
This Is Mayweather Jr.'s Deliberate Dis-Acknowledgment Or His Ignorance Of Muhammad Ali's Greatness In Boxing.
Ignorant As Usual, & Disobedient To Parents With Plenty Of Disrespect! & In Front Of The Whole Damn Frigging World.
The Real People's Champion, & Always Using Intelligence When Speaking In Front Of The Whole Damn World.
Notice how this idiot, Mayweather Jr. Contradict himself, and especially when he said that he took styles or moves from other legendary champions, he failed to mention that the 'right-hand-leads' that he obviously copied from Muhammad Ali! & the fact that when Mayweather said that sometimes he wanted to be a killer like Mike Tyson. Well that's really out of the question when considering the fact that the only way that Mayweaher Jr. can be a supposed killer like Mike Tyson, he would first have to actually "Stand" and Fight! And not grab, hold, and hug his opponents when he's faced with an obvious better boxer! That is not real boxing/fighting as a true and real champion no matter what he says or claims to wana-be...

My Biggest (Dispute) Against "Dumb-Azz" Parents With Guns In The Homes Of Their Children, And When In Care Of Other Peoples Kids In Their Same Homes With Those Guns!

Yes, It's quite true that there are so many untold true stories about stupid mindless parents who don't think before having a gun(s) in their homes when they have kids that can, and usually will end up shooting and killing either themselves or their parents! And here is some bit of proven evidence of how true this statement really is. Just like this recent accidental shooting from a (2-Year-Old) who shot his own father and killed him! The Child's Dad sleeping with his gun under his pillow, and allowing the kid to get a hold of it, ended in tragedy. And like before, especially with the incident at (Walmart) with a stupid dumb woman who actually had a loaded gun in her purse with her (2-Year-Old) child who had easy access to the gun and used it to shoot (3) little girls! Yup, "Seriously-Dumb-&-Stupid-Parents!" It's just so 'friggin' careless. And you can see what I actually had said about the whole ordeal, and why I said or made my statement in the video that I post at the ending of this post...
Divine Chambliss, 31, was napping when his son found his gun and accidentally killed him, reported police. (Photo: Facebook)
A young father was found shot to death in an apartment outside Birmingham, Ala., on Aug. 18 — and if that weren’t terrible enough, it appeared that his 2-year-old son pulled the trigger.
Divine Vaniah Chambliss, 31, was watching his son while the boy’s mother was at work, according to AL.com. At about 3 p.m., the mom arrived at the apartment where she lives with her son and the couple’s daughter, who was at school. She found Chambliss unresponsive.
“I hurt my dad,” the little boy told his mom after she discovered his father and called police, reported AL.com.
First responders, who made it to the apartment 10 minutes later, found the man in bed with a single gunshot wound to the head and pronounced him dead.
The coroner’s office hasn’t yet issued an official ruling confirming that the toddler accidentally murdered his dad. But according to a police statement, that appears to be what happened.
“Detectives have considered every possible scenario in an attempt to determine who shot the victim,” said the statement, which was posted on Facebook on Aug. 19.
“There is still no indication that an intruder or any third person was involved in this incident. Physical evidence has also helped us determine that the victim could not have shot himself,” continued the statement. “All indications at this point still lead us to believe the child found the loaded handgun and accidentally shot his father.”
Chambliss carried a gun in a holster at all times, his family told AL.com, because he worked as a security guard at his church. He always kept the safety on, they maintained.
When he lay down for a nap while watching his son, he apparently put the semiautomatic gun under a pillow — and they believe that the boy found it and began playing with it.
The incident is a heartbreaking reminder that a gun in the home is 22 percent more likely to be used in a homicide, suicide, or accidental shooting than in self-defense, according to the Brady Campaign to Prevent Gun Violence.
And though no national statistics are kept on the number of kids who accidentally fire a gun and injure or kill another child or adult, sadly, this kind of horrific tragedy has happened before.
Just last week, a Georgia woman was mortally wounded when her 4-year-old son shot her in the head. Mother and son were sitting in her parked car when the boy found the gun, thought it was a toy, and fired.
And in December 2014, a 29-year-old Idaho mom shopping at Walmart with her 2-year-old son and three nieces was shot in the head when the toddler unzipped her handgun from a compartment in her purse and fired it.

 (Irresponsible Parents With Guns!)

Even cases in which children accidentally shoot themselves can wind up being classified as homicides, as shown in this Summit County Medical Examiner's report on the death of
Alex Whitfield, 11, of Houston, was accidentally shot and killed by a 15-year-old friend with a gun they found in a closet in his father's apartment. His mother, Christina Wenzel, is at right.Right: Michael Stravato for The New York Times

Below Is My Worded Video Take On These Terrible Unnecessary Incidents...
Tristan Underhill, 2, died from an accidental self-inflicted gunshot wound after he found his father's gun under a pillow in an unlocked bedroom.

Some parents just seem to be not worthy of being a parent, or really seem like they have "NO" right to be a parent if they are going to be so irresponsible...
Tessa Underhill, at the playground where she and her late 2 year old son Tristan used to come to play. She is holding an urn with his ashes.Stephen Morton for The New York Times
Tessa Underhill, whose son Tristan was killed last year in Georgia, has also struggled over where to draw the line. As a former corrections officer and Army veteran, she is no stranger to firearms. She used to enjoy going out shooting. Now she is finished with guns, refusing to allow them in her house.

“My child living is more important to me than somebody stealing my flat screen,” she said.

She knows, however, that her husband, whom she is in the process of divorcing, still has a rifle. Her other son, Matthew, now 6, is therefore still exposed to firearms. When asked if she would want Matthew to go shooting with his father one day or be a gun owner himself, she paused.

“That’s a hard question,” she said. “I know that’s something men do, that fathers and sons do.”

“You need to know how to use one,” she added. “Do I want him to have a gun case full of guns? If he keeps them unloaded and is safe about it.”

Jay Leno Hit The Nail Right On The Top Of The Head!

This is quite (True & Absolutely Correct!)
Because it is a fact that the ridiculously "Over-Priced" European sports cars have always been unfairly overrated with high price tags that doesn't match up to their over-all supposed car quality! And to mention that when you have a German made vehicle for longer than a a couple of years, then you began to see and feel the decreasing and difference in the long haul over all "Quality-Deterioration" rather quickly! But however, The "Top" Advanced Engineered Quality of the All-American Corvette has a far much lower price tag, with tremendous "Aerodynamic" attributes, and an outstanding power-train warranty that (No) other auto manufacturer can ever top or match up to. You get the most Superiorly Mastered Machine for an "Unbelievably Reasonable Price!" that makes you feel like you're either rich to have it, or it makes you feel like a smart thief who have just Stolen it!      Ha haa haaa..lol

Just like I said before, I will always be a "Chevy Man!"
                      (This Was In 2014.)
               (This Was In 2013.)
(These Are The Facts!)
The Chevrolet Corvette has been around longer than 62 Years! & The (Wana-Be-Vette,) Dodge Viper, has only been around barely 20 Years! And keep in mind that Dodge is not even all American anymore. Because the German company (Daimler) has bought more than 80% of the American made Dodge Company. Just like The German owned company bought the Italian Sports Car(s) called The (Lamborghini & Ferrari) both originally from "Italy." And was purchased by the German Volts Wagon/Audi Company as well as Fiat, altogether. The Ford Motor Car company bought the (Jaguar & Land Rover) a England British automobile company from Britain, and sold it too! And before the slow down of the economy in America during the Bush Administration from (2001.- 2008.) Also, with the unnecessary War in Iraq, which followed a near bankruptcy of the Big Three (3) auto makers in the world, of GM, Ford, & Dodge. They all had to cut or down-size big time. GM was going to purchase ford at first. But because of GM's too big of a size, that deal didn't work! And the only reason why ford ended up looking good because they didn't take the bail-out money like GM & Dodge, is because Ford was confident that they would be able to repay the loan back to the U.S. Government! So it made the company look strong, even though they wasn't, bet it made the American public put money into Ford and buy their products more faster, that it prevented ford from filing bankruptcy. Either way, it didn't make Ford Motor Company any better with quality at all compared to GM. But it did put back above Dodge/Chrysler...
German Cars 'Among The Worst For Engine failures!

      (Essential Proof!)

Click the silver button link below to view the evidence of Germany's so-called best, with it's overall worse in vehicle quality. I should know, because I had (2) Audi's before, and they both Sucked! I will never buy German cars again. if I can't find a GM/Chevy, then I'd rather settle for a Japanese Car instead. In particular, a "Nissan!" They've done a better job in replicating American innovation...

President Barack Obama Makes Good Sense With The Iran Deal

You got to give the President his true credit! And as usual, he made the case why America "Should-Not" under mind the reason to keep the deal with Iran, and not dismiss it. We don't need to spend another large amount of money just because a few selfish idiot congressmen in Washington D.C. that wants to play tough-guy! It aint necessary, and it would put America back in more debt too. The measures speak for itself, that the new steps in the deal will prevent Iran from obtaining a nuclear weapon of mass destruction. Listen to the video and see for yourself what really makes sense, and what doesn't. And as I stated before, don't let the news media fool you with their commercialized sponsored lies! Because (If-It-Aint-Live, It's Jive!) Bob...

(Don't Let The News Media Fool You To Fear China!)

The (Only) Thing You May Need To Fear From China Is Their "Kung-Fu!" Yup.,

That's about the only real fear many of the certain people should be considering in their fear of China's so-called dominant large population of people. Because most of them already know KUNG-FU. But the Military has no real capacity to fulfill it's desperate appetite for very necessary resources that it takes to maintain, and to keep their armed forces up to the beat! It can not compete anywhere near the high level of might that The United States Of America's has in Military Power. And here's the actual proof if you go to these (2) links to see for yourself! And stop believing in the fake hype about China's supposed rise, while they are falling rather suddenly as well...                           press the link buttons below:
When you visit those above links, then you will understand more fully, the real details of China's economy and their military. So don't get it confused, just because many manufacturing jobs have gone to China in the past, because many of those same American companies are actually coming back home to America! Other than that, besides fear of kung fu, many people still wonder if they should also fear having the defected and toxic faulty cheap products that come's from China. But that's another reason why those companies, and their jobs are coming "back" to the USA.                            So by now, you finally know...

Thankfully,
Our Original U.S. Brand Name "Motorola", Kept Ownership To Most Of It's (24,000) Patents, Before Giving The Mobile Portion Away In (2012.) To Google! And Then, Google Passing It On To Lenovo In (2014.)                        Info from 07/28/2015.

Motorola Moto X Style is announced:
A stylish Android flagship at an exceptional price!

Firstly,
Make no mistake, everything that Lenovo is, has come straight from America! (IBM) The American Company, sold there computer business to Lenovo in (2005.) And that has made Lenovo a better company ever since their founding. And now, The American company Motorola Mobility/Google, has sold their Cell Phone business to Lenovo, which are using the technology that came from The U.S.A. And if you go to Lenovo's website, you will actually see their advertised slogan as if they were the ones who invented Motorola! But that's obviously (NOT) True! And this posting will help clear that up right to the main and last point...

Motorola Solutions CEO On The Google-Motorola Merger, Patents And Brand

Google’s August announcement that it would acquire Motorola Mobility surprised many people in the telecom industry. Among them: Motorola Solutions Chief Executive Greg Brown.
The news was of particular interest to Brown since he served as CEO of the old Motorola, Inc. from Jan. 2008 until the company split in two pieces this past January. Since then, Brown has been CEO of Motorola Solutions, an independent, publicly traded company that inherited Motorola’s enterprise-focused businesses of two-way radios, bar-code scanners and wireless broadband networks. (For a look at Motorola Solutions’ future, see my magazine story, The Other Motorola.)
Motorola Mobility was the other company created by Motorola, Inc.’s split. It took over the company’s consumer cellphone and set-top box divisions.
It was the timing of Google’s announcement that startled Brown. “It was relatively quick,” he noted in an interview at Motorola Solutions’ Schaumburg, Ill. headquarters. Like Motorola Solutions, Motorola Mobility was formed in January, so Google’s news came just seven months after Mobility was established.
Brown may have been surprised, but he said he understood the merger’s logic. The deal will give Google — and the many companies that produce devices based on its Android mobile platform — access to Motorola Mobility’s 24,000 patents. The common interpretation of the swap is that the patents will help Google and its Android partners defend themselves against lawsuits from competitors like Apple and Microsoft. Motorola Mobility, in turn, will gain financial stability from being part of Google.
Brown appeared to agree with that view. “Mobility’s attractiveness to Google was primarily patent-driven,” he said. “The combination makes great sense.”
Brown’s support for the acquisition stems, in part, from the fact that he doesn’t foresee any drawbacks for Motorola Solutions. Motorola Solutions and Motorola Mobility share two things: intellectual property and their iconic brand name. The allocation of those assets entailed a lot of thought and negotiation before Motorola, Inc.’s split, according to Brown. Fortunately for Motorola Solutions, both agreements were structured to withstand a change in control from a merger or acquisition.
That means Motorola Solutions will maintain access — through a cross-license — to Motorola Mobility’s 24,000 patents, even after Google acquires Mobility. The cross-license is non-exclusive and viable only for the lives of the patents but should shield Motorola Solutions from future patent-related lawsuits.
Brown isn’t overly worried about patent suits, anyway. Motorola Solutions’ sale of its wireless network infrastructure business to Nokia Siemens Networks earlier this year ratcheted down the company’s risk, said Brown. Most of the telecom industry’s big patent fights focus on the cellular and wireless technologies that power consumer cellphones and tablets and the networks that support them, not the walkie-talkies and business-centric computing devices Motorola Solutions makes.
Motorola Solutions will also keep the Motorola name regardless of what Google decides to do with it. (Options for Google include keeping the name, winding it down or combining it somehow with Google’s own brand.) Motorola Mobility technically owns the name but Solutions has an exclusive license that is designed to act in perpetuity.

Motorola Solutions simply needs to stay out of Mobility’s core market of consumer gadgets, much as it has since January. “We could make a [consumer] cellphone but can’t call it Motorola,” explained Brown. “Google could call its handsets Motorola or use the bat-wing [logo]. Whatever they do won’t affect what we do.”
Brown also views Google’s $12.5 billion offer for Motorola Mobility as a sign that Motorola, Inc.’s split was the right move. “It reaffirms, more than anything, exactly why we separated the company,” he said. “There would be no way to get that value unlocked by keeping all these assets together.”

Google Keeps ‘Vast Majority’ Of Motorola Mobility Patents In Sale To Lenovo

Motorola Mobility (has been) "Sold" to Lenovo, in a deal worth $2.91B. Google is divesting itself of the handset division it purchased for $12.5B in 2011, but it will keep some of the assets — including patents.
“Google will maintain ownership of the vast majority of the Motorola Mobility patent portfolio, including current patent applications and invention disclosures,” says Motorola Mobility CEO Dennis Woodside. “As part of its ongoing relationship with Google, Lenovo will receive a license to this rich portfolio of patents and other intellectual property. Additionally Lenovo will receive over 2,000 patent assets, as well as the Motorola Mobility brand and trademark portfolio.”
When Google purchased Motorola Mobility, much of the discussion swirled around whether it was buying it simply to own a hardware pipeline on which to deliver its Android juice — or whether it wanted patents for protection. The answer, as is typical, lay somewhere in the middle. Though the Motorola patents never turned out to by incredibly effective winning solo battles against Google’s patent enemies, they did work as a part of a larger tactic which has seen Google aligning itself via cross-licensing with OEMs like Samsung.
One segment of the statement by Woodside was interesting:
-------------
Since being acquired by Google in 2012, Motorola has transformed itself, focusing on solving real consumer problems and providing amazing experiences built on a foundation of pure Android. The result has been Moto X, Moto G, and a reinvigorated Droid line. Together, these devices have won over consumers and critics alike and helped re-establish the Motorola brand around the world.
------------
Indeed, Google’s purchase and investments in Motorola did raise the flagging manufacturer’s profile significantly over the intervening years. They have several well-received smartphones on the market and have made a lot of noise about technology innovations in wearable computing and DARPA-think-tank-director hires.
Google sold off several aspects of its initial Motorola purchase including its cable box business. And it managed to leverage the patents — which Google valued at $5.5B — to at least some positive outcome. So, while the monetary ‘wins’ or ‘losses’ here are one for the bean counters to figure out, the strategic victories for Google may actually be fairly strong. According to some maths from analyst Benedict Evans, Google’s total outlay may have been closer to $7.15B than $12B — the divestitures, retention of patents and the sale price would cut the plain monetary loss down further to under $2B.
There is now a renewed Android vendor on the market peddling Google’s OS, in the care of Lenovo, the logistics firm that made IBM’s old enterprise business the biggest consumer computer retailer in the world. And it has some new cross-licensing agreements on patents — the majority of which it gets to keep.
And, with the purchase of Nest, it has a fresh young hardware company with a design focus and a set of high-profile talent.
“As a side note, this does not signal a larger shift for our other hardware efforts,” noted Google CEO Larry Page in an announcement . “The dynamics and maturity of the wearable and home markets, for example, are very different from that of the mobile industry. We’re excited by the opportunities to build amazing new products for users within these emerging ecosystems.”
It may look bad in the raw math, but may not turn out so bad for all parties when the pieces settle into place.

Lastly,
I will say this much, considering all the superior advanced technology that came from the "Original" Motorola Company, and with what amount that Google has done with the Moto X. & Moto G., and then, with what Lenovo brings to the table from itself as well. So, with that being said, I surely do believe that I will continue to stick with the (Motorola-Brand) regardless of the Chinese Lenovo company that acquired it. Because the solid in-tell, is still (All) American! and and is very reasonable in "Price!" as well as with Outstanding Quality! And to what you actually get for the money. But at least, I give Lenovo some credit for trying to beef-it up a bit., Or, to enhance the current features of the long ago established-patents. So right now, when it go's on the market next Month of September, you will get The Moto X Style with a camera of (21 Mega Pixels), and with a front face 5MP. with led to catch your face/selfie. And up to a total of between (64 GB's. to 128 GB's.)  "I'm like Wow!"  Aint no way that I would even consider ever wanting to take a (Bite) out of Apple! Nor, I would not even be singing a note to Samsung either! I will continue to be a (Moto-Man) for quite some time...
